3D Floor Plans

    • Covers expansive properties, including luxury homes, estates, or properties with extensive outdoor areas. May include additional post-production editing or customization.

Videography (Pricing Varies Per Project)

  • • Small Homes (1,000 - 2,000 sq ft): $300 - $600

    • Medium Homes (2,000 - 3,500 sq ft): $600 - $1,000

    • Large Homes (3,500+ sq ft): $1,000 - $1,500+

    • Includes a professionally filmed video showing the interior and exterior of the property, edited with music and transitions.

  • Price Range: $200 - $500

    • A short, cinematic video highlighting the key features of the home, perfect for social media or marketing materials.

  • Add-on Pricing: $150 - $400 extra

    • Includes sweeping aerial shots of the property and surroundings, often combined with ground footage.

  • Price Range: $1,000 - $2,500+

    • A comprehensive, cinematic-style video with advanced editing, professional voiceover, music, and potentially agent or seller narration.

What is HDR?

HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography is included in all of my luxury packages. This technique provides the most true to life colors. HDR also ensures you receive a clear and perfect window view. This is essential for those listings with impressive views or large windows.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Our referral program is easy and rewarding. Simply send out your personal referral code given to you. Once your referral orders you will receive 10% in credits on each and every order they make. These credits can be used at any time during check-out and do not expire.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All media is sent within 24-36 hours after your session is completed with the exception of packages shot on Saturdays. If shot on Saturday, our turnaround is 48 hours.

  • We generally only need 1 – 2 days lead time for scheduling. This is subject to change during peak seasons.

  • For same day scheduling, there is a $25 fee.

  • Rescheduling or canceling requires a 2 hour notice. If under 2 hours a $50 fee will be charged.

  • All of your purchased media will be emailed to you with a link provided to download the files. For video orders, your media will be provided by a separate link fully downloaded and shareable. These links can then be downloaded & shared to your local MLS, and all the major real estate portals (trulia, zillow, realtor.com, etc.). You can also embed the video directly in your own website.
